On-site operation, inspection and recording of all utility equipment
- Patrol and inspect routinely all utility equipments, including AHUs, Air compressors, Process ventilation system, Central Vacuum system, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling towers, Dehumidifiers, Water purification system, Waste water treatment units, Pumps, etc.
- Record the operation parameters on site
- Check locally to distinguish or identify potential faults, focus on mechanical operation and safety
- Undertake approved procedures on site to ensure utility equipment run smoothly and efficiently
- Ready to inform related person the most current conditions of equipment if needed, such as equipment parameters, status, and breakdown reasons etc.
- Coordinated operation duty engineer to take charge of utility daily operation (running class mode), through the tour and on-site inspection to ensure the utility reliability and safety
- Actively participate in GMP, SHE, LEAN improvement plan, improve the operation performance
Maintenance
- Carry out preventative maintenance, such as filter changing, lubricant replenishing, equipment cleaning etc., according to the schedule and equipment conditions
- Cooperate with the professional maintenance team to accomplish the task of corrective maintenance and new installation

Requirement
- Bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical, automation, HVAC, or related
- 5 years or above utility equipment operation and maintenance experience (such as: BMS, HVAC, PW, CS, WFI, power supply & distribution, water supply & drainage, etc.)
- Full experience in regular trouble shooting and problem solving, and emergency plan
- Through participating in project management, equipment installation, commissioning and technical training, full experience in utility equipment operation (such as: BMS, HVAC, PW, CS, WFI, power supply & distribution, water supply & drainage, etc.)
- Familiar with computer management system (such as: SAP system)
- Familiar with utility equipment, e.g. HVAC, PW,WFI, chiller, boiler, compressor
- Working experience in GMP manufacturing environment
- Validation experience
