Ass. Engineer/Technician, Maintenance
To improve machine reliability through implementation TPM and preventive maintenance strategy in complying to GMP and AZ Requirement , manage machine spare parts to constantly reduce cost in maintenance area .to be as a trainer of production operators and Maintenance technician . be responsible for some other tasks related to company SHE and Lean production .
Responsibilities
- Design and carry out preventive maintenance and TPM activities, no equipment problems caused by bad maintenance activities and people careless.
- Implement and maintain maintenance strategy
- Quick response to the production line problems ,list and investigate and solve equipment outstanding issues.to avoid repeatable issues happened
- Do some modifications on machine function to increase machine reliability and efficiency
- Quality deviation related to maintenance actives
- responsible Production satisfactory in daily work
- Management of all external resources and service contractor.
- Very well managed and plan yearly spare parts in their respective field
- According budget to localization parts purchasing monthly
- Establish and maintenance of maintenance SOP and record sheets
- Preventive Maintenance record sheet correctly filling in time and archived .
- Create training material for training maintenance people and production people
- Training operators to run and adjust machine in correct way
- Train maintenance people to fix and adjustment machine in efficiency way
- Conduct all business activities in compliance with the GMP /SHE/Compliance supporting Policies and Standards related to position and responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor or college degree, major in Mechatronic or automation engineering
- 3-4 Years of working experience technical related, 1-2 yearspharmaceutical Packing production line Maintenance Work experience or related to manufacture maintenance work experience .
- Reading english technical documents very well
- Pharma. Or Mechatronic Industry maintenance knowledge and technical solutions.
- Maintenance on motion control, mechanical and pneumatics system and components.
- TPM implementations knowledge
- Mechanism adjustment and assembly skills
- Machine problem solving skills
