Responsibilities

Improve machine reliability and efficiency

  • Design and carry out   preventive maintenance and TPM  activities, donot allowed that equipments issused caused by bad maintenance activities and people careless
  • Implement and maintain maintenance strategy 
  • Quick response to the production line problems ,list and investigate and solve equipment outstanding issue.to avoid repeatable issues happened
  • Do some little modifications on machine to develop machine reliability and efficiency

Customer Focus

  • Quality deviation related to maintenance actives
  • responsible Production satisfactory in daily work

Cost effective and safe provision of maintenance services.

  • Management of all external resources and service contract.
  • Very well managed and plan yearly spare parts in their respective field
  • According budget to localization parts purchasing monthly

Generation and maintenance of systems, docs, SOPs required for maintenance

  • Establish and maintenance of maintenance SOP and record sheets
  • Preventive Maintenance record sheet correctly filling in time and archived .
  • Create training material for training maintenance people and production people
  • Training operators to run and adjust  machine  in correct way
  • Train maintenance people to fix and adjustment machine in efficiency way

Responsibility for GMP/Compliance/SHE

Requirement

  • Bachelor or college degree, major in Mechatronic or automation engineering Pharma. Or MechatronicIndustry maintenanceknowledge and technical solutions.
  • 3-4 Years of working experience technical related,
  • Prefer Have 1-2 years  pharmaceutical Packing production line Maintenance Work experience
  • Maintenance on motion control, mechanical and pneumatics system and components.
  • TPM implementations knowledge
  • Mechanism adjustment and assembly skills
  • Machine problem solving skills
